LALLA OPERATTOR — Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use it and make payments only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately at support@igniterapp.com if you suspect any unauthorised use.

On enrolment you get a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access the course for your individual use. Copying, sharing, recording or reselling content is not permitted.

Your access lasts as long as the course remains live on LALLA OPERATTOR, unless we suspend it for a violation of these Terms.

Course prices are shown on the Service in Indian Rupees and may include applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay; we do not store your card or bank details.

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Prices may change from time to time, but a change will not affect a course you have already paid for.

Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy, available on this site. Where a refund is approved, it is returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.

Digital content that has already been substantially accessed or downloaded may not be eligible for a refund, except where required by law.

You are free to leave and delete your account whenever you wish. We may limit, suspend or end your access where you break these Terms, where the law requires it, or if LALLA OPERATTOR stops operating on the platform.

You agree to use LALLA OPERATTOR lawfully and respectfully: no piracy or redistribution of content, no attempts to defeat payment or access protections, no unlawful or harmful uploads, and no interference with the Service’s operation or security.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, without refund in cases of serious misuse.

The content and branding on LALLA OPERATTOR, including videos, notes, mock tests and logos, are the property of LALLA OPERATTOR or its licensors and protected by applicable copyright laws. No ownership rights pass to you by using the Service.

The Service and its educational content are provided “as is” for learning purposes. While we work hard to keep content accurate and the Service available, LALLA OPERATTOR does not guarantee any particular exam result, uninterrupted availability, or that the content is error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LALLA OPERATTOR is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app and reflected in the “Last updated” date above; continued use of the Service means you accept the revised Terms.
